Responsibilities
- In shift tasks, pro-actively monitor client circuits and respond to any problems around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Answer incoming customer service calls.
- To resolve the issue raised by the customer, troubleshoot remotely or via a field visit.
- Implement required actions in response to customer requests and notify appropriate individuals, branches, and offices around the country.
- Follow up on the issue and escalate it to the appropriate team and department in order to resolve the customer's complaint.
- During the company's off-hours and holidays, follow up on any customer support tickets.
- Reporting on completed tasks on a daily basis and assisting with paperwork.
- Coordination and communication with customers and other departments for any fiber task.
- On a daily basis, I go out into the field to perform fiber-related tasks.
- Other obligations specified by your boss
Qualifications And Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any technical subject is preferred.
- A basic understanding of how to operate a computer is required.
- WorldLink Communications Ltd. has six months of experience.
- Multitasking and the ability to operate under duress are both desirable qualities.
- Other terms, such as Fiber Network, Active Fiber, Ftth, Ftte, and others, are required.
- A male candidate must have a two-wheeler license and own a motorcycle.
