Location: Central Office and branches in Provinces 1 to 7 including remote area Branches
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in
Management or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum 2nd
division (45%) or CGPA 2.5 and above.
- For Remote Area Branches: Must
have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized
University.
- Age Criteria: Age not exceeding
25 years for candidates applying for urban areas and 28 years for
candidates applying for rural areas for Junior Assistant as on application
deadline.
- Candidates from the
local/surrounding area will be given preference for placement in branches.
- Only short-listed candidates
will be contacted for further selection processes.
- Applications that are
incomplete or do not match the required requirements will not be
considered.
- The bank retains sole
discretion in accepting or rejecting any or all applications without
assigning any reason.

Individuals
interested in applying for the open post should provide a scanned copy of their
academic transcripts, character certificates (and equivalence certificates if
they attended school outside of Nepal), a recent passport-size photograph, an
updated CV/resume, and a cover letter.
Only
those candidates who have been shortlisted will be contacted for the next round
of the selection process, which will be conducted in accordance with the bank's
requirements. The bank retains the right to refuse any application without
providing a reason. Canvassing at any point during the process will
automatically disqualify you. Candidates from the local level/area will be
given priority.
The
bank may or may not hire all of the candidates at once, depending on the bank's
needs. Selected applicants may be hired in stages, depending on the needs of
the bank.
Depending
on the number of applications submitted, the bank may raise the above-mentioned
minimum requirements and call only those candidates who have been shortlisted
for further consideration.
