1. Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager/ Relationship Manager:
Officer Level (Senior Officer/ officer/ Junior Officer)-Few
Assistant Branch Manager/ Relationship Manager:
Assistant Level (Supervisor/ Senior Assistant/ Assistant)-Few
Existing and Upcoming Branches of Province: Province 1, Province 2, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province.
Requirements:
- Minimum A bachelor's degree (preferably a master's degree in management) from a well-known university or college is required.
- For the post of Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer, a minimum of 3 years of overall banking experience is required, with at least 2 years of working experience in both branch operations and credit.
- For the Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant position, a minimum of 3 years of overall banking experience with at least 1 year of working experience in branch operation and credit is required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
2. CBS Administrator
Assistant Level (Supervisor/Senior Assistant/ Assistant)-1
IT Department- Head Office
Requirements:
- Minimum A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field from a recognized university or college is required.
- Excellent understanding of Pumori CBS and its database structure
- Excellent SQL, reporting, and BI tool knowledge
- NRB Reporting and Banking Experience A background in management information systems (MIS) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of ISO messages, middleware, and APIs is required.
- Programming language expertise is required (Java, PHP or DotNet)
Other General Requirements for all above positions:
- Age: As of the application deadline, Supervisors/ Senior Assistants/ Assistants must be 35 years old, and Senior Officers/Officers/Junior Officers must be 40 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required.
