- Drive and oversee the company's important business growth projects and battles.
- Create a clear project timeline and work plan and manage it.
- Set KPIs for each project and track performance to stay on top of things.
- Plan and execute growth plan projects with cross-functional department heads and leads.
- Set up meetings at regular intervals to keep the project's management and other stakeholders up to date.
- To guarantee that all projects are delivered on schedule, coordinate and follow up with functional teams. - Set up and lead essential cross-departmental meetings as needed, according to the scope of work, to ensure that all project areas are going forward.
- Identify obstacles in interdepartmental procedures and work to improve or simplify them.
- In order to launch projects on time and smoothly, keep track of project progress, detect, report, and address concerns.
- Think outside the box to find new opportunities for expansion or service enhancement, both inside and outside the scope.

- With at least 4 years of managerial experience, a master's degree or relevant experience is required.
- Negotiation skills, persuading abilities, and high analytical abilities have all been demonstrated.
- Demonstrated capacity to excel in high-pressure, fast-paced, dynamic, and confusing circumstances.
- Working understanding with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to mentor, coach, and serve as a knowledge resource for coworkers
