Description of the Position
- Perform Wi-Fi network RF planning and optimization.
- Wi-Fi networks should be audited, monitored, and implemented.
- Members of the team are trained and mentored.
- Develop innovative techniques and ideas for improving Wi-Fi Hotspot service.
- As needed, coordinate with other branch teams and the Technical Department.
- Responsible for preparing all required reports/analysis of all activities, as well as proper documentation for our Wi-Fi service and network.
- Create a positive working environment to keep the staff engaged in their task.
- As needed, perform other necessary tasks as directed by the supervisor.
