1. Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager
Required number: Few
Criteria for Eligibility:
- Chartered Accountants (CA) or semi-qualified CA from ICAN/ICAI. Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Management from a reputable and recognized university/Chartered Accountants (CA) or semi-qualified CA from ICAN/ICAI.
- A minimum of four years' relevant and progressive work experience at a BFI with a focus on credit and risk management is required.
- Age limit: On the day of announcement, you must be between the ages of 21 and 40.
- Banking laws, rules, regulations, and directives are well-understood.
- With initiative, perseverance, and the ability to drive and manage a team, you'll have good organizational, communicational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the microfinance and cooperative sectors in Nepal.
- Language skills in Nepali and English.
2. Junior Assistant/Assistant
Required number: Few
Criteria for Eligibility:
- 10+2 (or equivalent) in any discipline (Bachelor's Degree in Management is preferred).
- At least one year of relevant and progressive work experience in cooperative institutions or three years of relevant and progressive work experience in BFIs.
- Age limit: Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of announcement.
- A basic overview of the microfinance and cooperative sectors in Nepal.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite/fluent in both English and Nepali typing
- Local candidates will be given preference.
