Summary of the Position:
The purpose of the job is to provide financial advice, including a thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market and its regulation, merchant banking activities, securities trading processes, banking procedures, financial statement analysis, technical analysis, and economic and industry trend monitoring. As the employee in charge, he or she is responsible for ensuring that the department's activities run smoothly, as measured by timely and exact service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirement for a Minimum Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in management or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least two years of relevant experience in Capital Markets/Investment Banking/Credit Rating or a Private Equity Firm is required.
- Specialized knowledge of how to drive change in specific industries, such as foreign capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or corporate advisory services, is advantageous.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Equity investment, fund management, merchant banking, and financial services are all areas where I have relevant industry experience.
- Passionate about the actual business and economic impact, and eager to participate in the development of portfolio firms via PE/VC.
- Comprehensive understanding of the PE/planning, VC's implementation, and management of all activities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and effectively communicate
- Intuitive, lively, comprehensive, pragmatic, and confident.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Written and spoken English, as well as Nepali, are required.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interpersonal and communication abilities are excellent.
- Not more than 30 years old.
- Understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements.
