Position:

Executive Manager – 1

(Chief of Control Function- Audit, Risk, Loan Monitoring & Follow Up, Compliance)

Manager Level – 1

(Department Head Technology Department)

Officer Level – 2

(Head of Digital Banking & Branch Less Banking & Credit/Loans Department)

Assistant Level – Few

Eligibility Criteria:

For Executive Manager (Chief of Control Function)- 1

  • A master's degree in a related field from a reputable university is required.
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience as a department leader at a BFI.
  • Understanding the responsibilities of the company secretary and risk assessment in the banking industry.
  • Auditing expertise.
  • Age must be between 25 and 45 years old.

For Manager Level (Information Technology Department Head)- 1
  • A master's degree in information technology or a comparable field from a recognized university, as well as at least 5 years of experience in BFIs are required.
  • Master's degree in information technology or related field from a recognized university, IT related general banking understanding, and at least 3 years of experience as an IT Officer in any BFI would be given preference.
  • Age must be between 21 and 45 years old.
For Officer Level- 2
  • For OA bachelor's degree in a comparable field from a reputable university is required.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in a bank/financial institution as a branch manager or in a credit in charge/marketing related sector.
  • Age must be between 20 and 40 years old.
For Assistant Level- Few
  • A minimum of +2 in a comparable topic is required.
  • Should have at least 2 years of banking/financial institution experience.
  • Age must be between 18 and 35 years old.

(Branch Manager)- 1

Officer Level
(Relationship Manager)

Eligibility Criteria:
For Manager Level
  • A master's degree in management or a similar field from a reputable university is required.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience as an officer officer in a bank financial institution.
  • Candidates with a broad understanding of banking and at least two years of experience as a branch manager in a bank or financial institution will be given preference.
  • Age must be between 21 and 45 years old.
Position:
Officer Level
(Relationship Manager)- 1
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A bachelor's degree in a comparable discipline from a recognized university and at least three years of experience working in BFIs are required.
  • Overall banking expertise and at least two years of experience as a Branch Manager or Credit In charge in any BFI will be mentioned.
  • Age must be between 21 and 40 years old.
Position:
Junior Assistant Trainee- Few
Location:
Branches: Province-1, Province-2, Bagmati & Gandaki Province
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum of 10+2 in a comparable topic with a minimum of 50% or equivalent marks.
  • Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Age must be between 18 and 35 years old.
