Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies
  • Work with regulators and law enforcement agencies to achieve your goals.
  • Monitor legal compliance, particularly with regulatory requirements of the Nepal Rastra Bank, the Company's Act, the Income Tax Act, and any other law that applies to the company.
  • Determine and resolve legal and conflict-related issues
  • Create rules and regulations for the company's compliance.
  • Update existing policies, procedures, forms, and formats to comply with government regulations.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and check to verify if the protocols and procedures that have already been developed meet the compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate and plan compliance training for various departments' workers.
  • Prepare and present management with periodic reports.
