Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- To ensure a seamless operation as required, lead a team for pop and essential p2p.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
- Make any repairs that are required.
- Lead and coordinate a group of subordinates.
- NETOPS & CTO should be notified of any technical or commercial aspects of the position.
- Lead resource management efforts and generate periodic reports on resource utilization and deployment.
Requirements
- Plan, design, and deploy pops as well as a critical peer-to-peer network for service.
- Maintenance of essential network links and infrastructure regularly.
- Excellent written and oral English.
- Good team spirit, ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with coworkers and departments.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Communication and reporting abilities are required.
- Ability to work under duress.
- Ability and willingness to work off-shift as needed.
