Vacancy 001/78/79: Job Positions

Operation Back Office: Assistant to Officer (Head Office Operation Department) Few

  • Candidates must have extensive experience in the area of operations, particularly in the back office.
  • Candidates must have worked in a BFI for at least two years.
Credit Risk Department: Assistant to Officer (Head office/Kathmandu/Nepalgunj Few
  • A bachelor's degree in management or economics, or a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant, is required.
  • Should have at least 2 years of banking experience in internal audit, credit, operations, compliance, or risk departments, or in an audit firm with bank audit experience.
  • For Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant, two years of experience may not be required.
Branch Manager: Supervisor to Officer (Taulihawa/Kawaswoti Branch) Few
  • Candidates should have a strong background in credit, operations, and branch management.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience working in BFIs.
Relationship Officer: Assistant to Junior Officer (Taulihawa/Kawaswoti/HO-Corporate Credit/SME Credit)
  • Candidates for the role must have extensive experience in the credit industry.
  • Candidates must have at least two years of credit business experience in a BFI.
Operation In-charge: Assistant to Supervisor (Taulihawa/Kawaswoti Branch)
  • Candidates for the post must have extensive experience in branch operations.
  • Candidates must have at least two years of BFI operating experience.
Note: Candidates applying for all positions under the above must have:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university, or as mentioned in the particular vacancy above.
  • They have worked at the same level or one level below the position they are applying for (minimum 1-year experience in one position below).
  • MS Office applications are a plus, as is fluency in English and Nepali.
  • As of Mangshir 2, 2078, you must be at least 25 years old.
  • Candidates from the local region will be given precedence during the shortlisting process (same district).
  • Shortlisting, written examination, and interview are the selection criteria.
