After successfully completing the training/induction phase, this is an entry-level post that will be allocated to various Bank branches/departments/sub-provincial offices/provincial offices. Selected candidates will be placed in the places they specified at the time of application, and depending on the Bank's business needs, they may be placed anywhere in Nepal, in branches, departments, sub-provincial offices, and province offices.

Criteria for Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in any area, particularly Business/ Finance/ Management/ Accountancy, with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 at all levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards, and age not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as of December 8, 2021.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide documentation proving their qualifications and experience. The Bank retains the right to refuse any application without providing a reason.
