Job Description: 
  • In charge of sales in a certain product and geographic area.
  • Developing and implementing volume-increasing sales tactics.
  • For the achievement of the sales target, coordinate with dealers, distributors, and representatives from the assigned territory.
  • Follow-up with Dealers on Payments.
  • Sales management, budgeting, compensation plans, and incentive planning are all services that you can provide.
  • Organize and track the performance of sales targets and distributors.
  • Concentrate on attracting new clients, cultivating close relationships, and offering outstanding customer service.
  • Implement the plan in accordance with the instructions.
  • Develop new clientele and places for product promotion.
  • Products are available at the appropriate time and in the correct place.
  • For route design, a good understanding of Nepal's geography is required.
  • Inform about competition and industry research.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly distributor sales report as well as a report on the scheme's efficacy.
  • Prepare a monthly sales plan and submit it.
  • Maintain competition awareness in order to develop and tweak sales strategy.
  • Experience in the Hardware Market or a related field, as well as previous dealings with dealers, will be advantageous.
