Basic Job Information
- To manage company growth in your portfolio, build and manage connections with important Daraz sellers and brand reps in the Women's Fashion area. Note: This entails staying in touch with vendors and brands on a regular basis, as well as going to the market.
- Set goals for your portfolios and work toward them.
- Collaborate with your vendors and brands to develop promotions and schemes that improve value for Daraz customers while increasing sales for your sellers.
- Keep a tight eye on your field. Understand costs, logistics, important players, and sourcing logistics, as well as top sellers, trending products, and new brands that will provide Daraz customers more options.
- Ensure that your sellers are meeting operational KPIs, such as processing orders, responding to customer questions, maintaining accurate stock levels, and so on.
- Create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and enhance performance by analyzing data to discover challenges and areas for improvement.
- Take consistent and proactive steps to expand your category and improve the customer experience.
- Develop strong internal relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders and teams from various departments, as well as regional team members.
- Follow-up: Not only will the profile entail developing and proposing new projects, but it will also require owning them and holding external and internal stakeholders accountable through continuous and timely follow-up.
- A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Management or Engineering). Freshmen are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in sales or other sectors where communication and negotiation skills are developed (even if part-time) is preferred.
- It would be advantageous to have additional training or certifications in MS Office (particularly Excel), Communication, Marketing, and Sales.
- Must be able to write clear reports with statistics to back them up.
- Any other qualifications or training that might help you become a better, more well-rounded professional are desirable.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license
