MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
AGE: Below 30 Years
EDUCATION: BALLB / LLB
EXPERIENCE: Experience in Agreement Drafting, having worked as an intern in Law firm and/or corporate intern shall be given preference.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Should possess excellent skills in reading, writing and interpreting/reviewing legal documents in English and Nepal. Should be able to interact and coordinate with Legal Head and Legal Team of the company.
- Knowledge of compliance of the public company and liaising work with the regulatory authority.
- Ensuring Timeline execution of given task/work.
SELECTION PROCESS: Preliminary interview and final interview
