Description of the Position
By creating and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, choosing, and hiring top people in the market.
Ensure that competent applicants are involved in current or future opportunities by managing appropriate candidate pools.
Assist with office management and administrative and logistical needs on a daily basis.
Facilitate project staff meetings and other official meetings, as well as logistical arrangements for training activities, by assisting the team in the drafting of documentation.
Employee grievances should be documented and resolved.
Assist with payroll management by administering employee leaves and keeping a current personnel database.
Develop and prepare a variety of HR reports, such as important recruiting indicators, headcount reports, performance management reports, and service history reports, among other things.
Maintain printers, the internet, the network, and other equipment in collaboration with suppliers.
Organizing and filing administrative documents
