Management Trainee
Criteria for Success:
Chartered Accountants from a recognized institute of Chartered Accountancy/Post-graduate degree in business administration/finance/computer application/human resource management or another comparable degree from a recognized university with least 60% (1st Division) marks / CGPA 3.25.
Age: At the time of application, you should not be older than 28 years old.
Criteria for prioritization include:
- Excellent English and Nepali communication skills.
- Possessing computer skills.
- Banking experience is advantageous.
- Selected individuals will be trained as Management Trainees in the Bank's Head Office or Branches, with the goal of eventually being recruited as Officers or Managers. The monthly compensation for the officer job would not be less than Rs. 64,000/- after confirmation (subject to satisfactory performance). In addition, as per the Bank's rules, the candidate will receive a bonus, provident fund, gratuity, and other perks. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted individually to schedule a written exam, which will be followed by a Group Discussion and an interview.
