Description of the Position
- Pitch the webcast to merchants, answer their queries, and help them get started.
- Assist with the scheduling of slots for sellers and ensure that all standards, timelines, and rules are met.
- Check the quality of the test videos that the sellers send you.
- Assist sellers with problem resolution, data visibility, and other concerns.
- Act as a liaison and coordinate with other departments.
Requirements
- Marketing Bachelor's Degree
- Marketing aficionado with creative, inquisitive, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work as part of a group
- With an optimistic mentality, I am a quick learner and hands-on executor.
- Communication abilities that are both written and vocal are essential.
