Job Specification

• Experience as a ticketing officer of at least 1-2 years is required, as well as knowledge of the international system.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience working for a reputable airline or IATA-approved travel agency.
• Should be able to communicate clearly. In Nepali and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• A good understanding of computers is required.
• Hardworking and well-presented with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to establish and maintain a positive customer service image.
