Description of the Position
In charge of efficiently managing a huge number of inbound and outbound calls.
Responsible for giving product and service information to customers over the phone.
Responsible for providing accurate and quick client assistance.
Responsible for processing complaints via the system, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set, and ensuring that they are resolved.
Responsible for gathering, evaluating, and summarizing data to prepare reports.
Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential is your responsibility.
Responsible for adhering to the Team Head's KPIs and shift schedules.
Responsible for coordinating with several departments to deliver excellent customer service and reach defined goals.
Responsible for properly escalating unresolved concerns to the appropriate internal team using normal procedures.
Responsible for keeping track of client feedback and distributing it as needed.
Responsible for ensuring that all issues are properly recorded and closed.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of MS Office and G Suite is a must.
In English and Nepali, you have excellent written and vocal communication skills.
Excellent planning and supervisory abilities.
