- We are searching for a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee our sales staff and discover the most effective methods to enhance company sales in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan.
- The sales officer must have a strong work ethic and be able to consistently display excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities, as well as be able to identify new sales prospects through client referrals.
- Recommending changes to present sales methods, alerting potential and existing customers about firm promotions, and preparing accurate sales and expense reports are all tasks that fall under this category.
- Collecting sales orders at the appointed market.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by the manager must be met.
- On a daily basis, report to the manager on party-by-party sales and collections, as well as analyzing variances against stated targets.
- Obtaining consumer input on the quality of the glass in order to sustain high-quality production.
- As needed, prepare a sales/collection report and submit it to the sales manager.
- Gathering market and client data, meeting with interior designers/contractors and touring fabrication facilities.
- Keep track of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities to assist management in determining the sales price, various schemes, and sales and collection goals.
- On a daily basis, collect payments from consumers and ensure that they are not delayed.
