Job Description

  • Verbal and written communication abilities in Nepali and English
  • As per HR's knowledge, post vacancies on multiple channels.
  • Pre-employment screening can be done over the phone.
  • Call or contact candidates to let them know the date and time of their interview.
  • Provide onboarding training, such as how to submit a leave form through an application and how to enter data into a MIS system.
  • Maintain personal records for new employees in both the MIS and the e-attendance system.
  • Review and update each employee's records and files from the beginning to the conclusion of their employment, including procedure modifications and updates.
  • Follow up with employees to obtain any outstanding documentation, such as a PAN card or a bank account number.
  • Employees should be notified if they arrive late, leave early, or work inadequate hours.
  • Maintain employee leave records and provide status updates on a monthly basis.
  • Keep track of when employees are on probation and submit a prohibitive employee performance form to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of company activities such as employee appreciation, engagement, training, festivals, and special events.
