Job Title: Program Specialist, Inclusive Governance 

Duty Station: Kathmandu, Nepal 

Contract Type and Level: Fixed-Term (NO-C)

Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension 

Vacancy closing date: 14 Sep 2021 (midnight NY time) 


Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in International Development, Gender, Human Rights, Law, Political Science or in other related Social Sciences; At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, and capacity building, Technical expertise in inclusive governance, women's political empowerment, and leadership: Experience establishing linkages and working relationships among international organizations, national and subnational governments, and civil society, Experience leading or managing a team; Prior experience in the UN System will be an asset; Fluency in written and oral English and Nepali is required; Knowledge of other local languages of Nepal is an asset.
