1. Job Position: Deputy Manager (ADV No: 01/078-79)
Level: 9
Department: Credit Department
Qualification/Experienced: At least Bachelors' Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 8 years experience in banks/financial institution including 2 years' managerial level experience or Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in banks/financial institutions including 2 years' managerial level experience.
Age: Between 21 to 45 Years as of the closing date of application.
Required skills and competencies:
• Managing and providing oversight to the Credit Department.
• Taking a lead role in the development and preparation of credit policies and strategies, ensuring full adherence to the company's policies and guidelines
• Taking the lead in preparing credit plans and targets and ensure that the plans are executed:
• Research and ensuring proper evaluation of clients' creditworthiness before granting the loan.
• Optimizing the company's business and reduce bad debt losses by maintaining the credit policy.
2. Job position: Officer (ADV No: 02/078-79)
Level: 7
Department: Internal Audit
Qualification/Experience: At least bachelor in management/Completion of CAP-II with minimum 5 years of work experience in Audit form or audit department in any Banks/ financial institutions or Chartered Accountant (CA).
Required skills and competencies: Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
• Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
Age: Between 21 to 40 years as of the closing date of application.
3. Job position: Junior Officer (ADV No: 03/078-79)
Level: 6
Department: Internal Audit
Qualification/Experience: At least bachelor in management/Completion of CAP-II with minimum 3 years of work experience in Audit form or audit department in any Banks/ financial institutions.
Required skills and competencies:
• Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.
• Obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
Age: Between 21 to 40 years as of the closing date of application.
