Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Establish strong working connections and open lines of communication between the company and its personnel.
2. Coordinate the hiring and selection of new employees, as well as keeping accurate records of employee absences.
3. Daily cash verification, daily collection verification, and petty cash management
4. Create HR-related documents such as job descriptions, appointment letters, contract renewal letters, and termination letters, among others. Letters of recommendation, etc.
5. Interacting with other stakeholders and vendors as needed.
6. Maintained HRM entry and submitted spending bills by finance recommendations.
7. Provide human resource and work-related information and help to employees and managers. 8. Keep an eye on the employee daily attendance, overtime computation, and staff replacement
9. Keep accurate records of employee absences. Conducting the performance evaluation.
11. Maintain an up-to-date employee database and maintain accurate records.
12. Planning and implementing training and development programs
