Position Description
In charge of managing a high number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Responsible for giving product and service information to customers over the phone.
It is your responsibility to provide prompt and accurate client assistance.
Responsible for resolving complaints through the system, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within time constraints; and following up on complaints.
Responsible for creating reports by gathering, evaluating, and summarizing data.
Responsible for maintaining client trust and protecting operations through the confidentiality of information.
Responsible for adhering to the Team Head's KPIs and shift schedules.
Responsible for collaborating with many departments, providing customer service, and fulfilling specified targets.
Responsible for adhering to standard protocols for escalating unresolved concerns to the relevant internal team.
Responsible for keeping track of client feedback and distributing it as needed.
Responsible for ensuring that all issues are properly recorded and closed.
