Ltd. a franchisee of Yum Restaurant International, brand owner of KFC in Nepal invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for upcoming KFC stores at Kathmandu, Nepalganj, and Hetauda. The training of the selected candidate shall be held at Kathmandu for Three month period.
Basic Job Information:
Position: Restaurant Manager

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from a recognized university
2. At least 2 years of managerial experience in hotel/ fast food industry
3. Fluency in English and Nepali Languages
4. Must have leadership traits to manage more than 20 team members
5. Must have sufficient knowledge in financial management.
Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant
2. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability
3. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
4. Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
5. Respond to customer queries and complaints
6. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
7. Check stock levels, order supplies, and prepare cash drawers and petty cash
