This food is far from being one of your most complicated carbs because it helps you lose weight, protects your heart, and even supports you for extended periods. However, you can overeat – no matter how nutritious it is. That's why this one main adverse consequence of eating much oatmeal at once is vital to remember.

Americans average just 10 to 15 grams per day of dietary fibers if 25 to 30 grams per AHA are required. 


However, eating almost no fiber will have some immediate adverse impacts if you eat a high-fiber diet. A World Journal of Gastroenterology study assessed individuals' fiber intake after a two weeks diet without fiber. Two weeks later, varying quantities of fiber were consumed by the control groups for a few months. The results showed that high fiber groups had symptoms of blowing and intestinal problems.
