1. Position: Provincial Laboratory Officer 

Required No(s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Provincial Public Health Laboratory (PPHL) Dhulikhel, Bagmati Province.

Description: Responsible for providing support to Provincial Public Health Laboratory (PPHL) to strengthen its capacity to function as a provincial reference laboratory for TB, HIV, and Malaria: will also be responsible for ensuring utilization and quality of diagnostic services related to TB, HIV, and Malaria in the respective province through enhancing the capacity of Palika and province mechanism in Bagmati province.

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with a minimum of three years (2 years for GSI group") of professional experience in a medical laboratory.


2. Position: Project Coordinator Governance 

Required No. (s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Surkhet under Mid & Far West Field Office (MFWFO).

Description: Responsible to support technical managers/ coordinators to undertake policy advocacy related work on children rights issues (protection education and health and nutrition) at state and local levels; will work closely with technical manager CRG and CP to build network and relationship with Karnali state government including parliamentarian to lobby and advocate for issue-based policy advocacy work.

Eligibility: Master's Degree in Human Rights Law, Political sciences, development studies, Sociology or related discipline(s) with minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group*) of working experience in advocacy and campaigning.

Note: "GSI group includes Female Dalit. Mathes, People with Disabilities and other indigenous minorities"
