Sagarmatha Insurance Company Ltd, incorporated in 1996, is Nepal's first Foreign Joint Venture general insurance company, having a joint venture with Ceylinco Insurance PLC, Sri Lanka. 1. Position: Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Marketing)

Required: Few

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.

2. Position: Junior Officer / Officer/ Senior Officer (Marketing)

Required: Few

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of Minimum 3-5 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.

3. Position: Development Officer/ Sr. Development Officer (Marketing)

Required: Few

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Insurance Marketing/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience of Minimum 1-3 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.

4. Position: Trainee Development Officer (Marketing)

Required: Few

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Fresh graduates to build a career in the insurance industry are highly encouraged to apply. No Prior experience required

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management. Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years in the Insurance Industry.

6. Position: Junior Office (Claim)

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering from a reputed University.

Prior experience of minimum 1 year in a related field with sound knowledge of the insurance sector.

7. Position: Junior Officer/ Officer (Technical) for (Agriculture and Micro Insurance)

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/ Agriculture from a reputed University.

Prior experience of minimum 1 year in a related field with sound knowledge of the insurance sector.

8. Position: Officer (Compliance/Legal)

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Legislative Law from a reputed University.

Preference will be given to individuals having a Master's degree in Legislative Law.

Prior experience of minimum 2 years in a related field.

9. Position: Assistant (HR / Admin)

Required: Two

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field.

Prior experience of minimum 1 year in a related field. Should be able to type in English and Nepali.

10. Position: Officer (Reinsurance)

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/Insurance/Statistics/Mathematics/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 2 years is required.

11. Position: Assistant/ Jr. Assistant (Reinsurance)

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Insurance/Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Management.

12. Position:  Officer (Marketing and Communication

Required: One

Desired Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Marketing/ Management.

Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 4 years is required like Media Planning/ Advertising/Branding/ Digital Marketing

Other Eligibility Criteria

a. Must be proficient in written/ spoken English and Nepali.

b. Must be Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications.

c. Good interpersonal skills.

d. Preference will be given to suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations having experience in the Insurance and banking industry.
