Herb Nepal Pvt. Ltd is looking for a candidate for the following position with the following qualifications and experience:
Position: Organisational Development Advisor
Minimum Experience:
• 10 years experience in training/mentoring capacity building
• 10 years experience in strategic planning and development
• 5 years experience running a business in the Nepali hospitality sector
• Skilled in traditional social media marketing to foreign audiences and European aesthetic
• Experience in ethical business practices to meet social and environmental standards
• Track record of conducting successful event management programs and fundraising proposals
Qualification:
• Masters-level (minimum) education in a relevant field (Business, Humanities)
• Excellent spoken and written English and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
To oversee the strategic development of Herb Nepal's operations in Nepal, and provide mentorship to the staff team. To support the development of new products, assessing quality, ethical standards, and marketability. To work on community-based CSR, concepts, and communicate with clients, partners, and management.
Other expectations:
• Extensive experience working with diverse individuals employed by international organizations.
