The British College invites applications from qualified, competent, determined, and experienced candidates for the post of Academic Director. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Number of Required Position: 1
2. Type of Employment: Time-bound (extendable)
3. Working Station: As designated by the College
4. Potential Date of Employment Commencement: Within this August
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead innovation and strategic plan for the academic solution
2. Build capability within the curriculum team by bringing global best practices in pedagogy
3. Lead a deep understanding of teacher and student context in schools to create a relevant and meaningful academic solution
4. Collaborate with technology to create innovative academic solutions
5. Coordinate with other Academic Departments in sharing faculty and other educational and instructional ideas
Qualification:
- M.Ed. in Education Management
Requirements:
1. Identify documents (Citizenship/Passport)
2. Proven working experience in child education development
3. Excellent leadership and analytical skills
4. Proven working experience in designing and creating learning solutions
5. 15 years of experience in relevant field
6. Having knowledge and experience in British Education System will add value.
