The Fred Hollows Intraocular Lens Laboratory, a world-class intraocular lens manufacturing facility managed by Nepal Eye Program, Tilgagna Institute of Ophthalmology is currently looking for a proactive and result-oriented candidate for a senior-level management position.
Necessary Job Information:
1. Job Title (Position): Head of FH IOL Lab
2. No. of Vacancies: 1
3. Level: E1/11
4. Reporting to ED/CEO/COO
5. Required Qualification: MBA/EMBA with B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) or equivalent from a reputed university, Fluency in Nepali & English language with excellent IT skills.
6. Required Experience: At least 10 years experience in management in the multicultural industry including few years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in a key management position. Must have a proven background in managerial roles in the corporate and development sector. accompanied with excellent customer service, communication. and organizational skills Experience in the production management, industry, and adaptable nature; managing budgets, schedules, quality, and workflow; meet targets and deadlines.
7. Skills and competencies: Good interpersonal skit, ability to work under pressure, critical thinking, anticipate challenges, excellent problem-solving skills, proven knowledge of business finance and operations management, ability to recognize risk/opportunities impacting profitability, meeting the targets/deadline, manufacturing. marketing and sales plans.
