Samriddhi Finance, a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Hetauda having five branches is looking for young, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese Citizens for the post of Market Representative for all the branches.
1. Market Representative - Assistant Nature
1. Job Location: For Kathmandu/ Pokhara / Chitwan / Hetauda and Butwal)
2. No. of vacancies: Few (Contract Basis)

4. Eligibility Criteria:
(a) Education and Qualification:
1. 10+2 in Management/ Economics (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
(b) Job Specifications:
1. Contract basis (Fixed Term) and can be renewal based on the performance.
2. Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
3. Should be energetic to move into the market.
4. Possess the ability to sell bank products in the market.
5. Should be target-oriented and achieve the target on time.
6. Priority will be given to candidates having valid two-wheelers driving licenses.
(c) Job Description:
1. Maintain a healthy relationship with customers to secure future transactions with the team.
2. Responsible for account opening, deposit, and credit growth target of finance.
3. Good market creation about all the products and services of the finance.
4. Ensuring market plans are executed according to the project timeline.
(d) Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
