Radisson Hotel Kathmandu is a leading 5-star Hotel in Nepal, owned by Oriental Hotels Ltd, and a franchisee of Radisson Hotel & Resorts, which is wholly owned by its parent company Radisson Hotels Group.
(A) Position: Associate Director of Sales -01
Candidates should be responsible to manage the sales target of the hotel in coordination with DOSM. Develop and implement strategies for achieving the sales goals. Candidates should be holding MBA/Bachelor's degree preferably BHM with 5-6 years of experience in a 4/5 star hotel in a similar role.
(B) Position: Executive Sous chef / St. Sous Chef-01
Candidates having pleasant personalities and should be able to manage the Main Kitchen production independently in all operations as well as overall administrative aspects of the kitchen. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in continental/Indian/Chinese cuisine or 8-10 years experience in a 5/4-star international chain hotel in a similar role as Sous Chef
(C) Position: Executive Pastry Chef / Sous Chef Pastry -01
Candidates should be able to operate the Confectionery & Bakery section by creating high-quality pastry dishes with the standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and consistency of product. BHM with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or Diploma in any discipline with 8-10 years of experience with international exposure in branded hotels.
(D) Position: Asst. Manager / HR Executive -01
Candidates having a pleasant personality with good communication skills & work experience of 2/3 years in Human Resources management and administration in hospitality or related field. Applicant should have MBA/Bachelor/preferably with legal background.
(E) F&B Executive-01
Candidates should have pleasant personalities with good communication skills. Candidates should be able to ensure prompt & efficient services, train staff, and increase their knowledge & skill to assist the Manager Airport, Executive Lounge BHM with a minimum of 5-6 years experience in 4/5 star hotels in a similar role preferred.
