1. Corporate Advisory
A. Jr. Officer to Sr. Officer - 1
1. Education:
• Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.
2. Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in the Credit Department at Commercial or Development Banks of Nepal as Relationship Manager.
• Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
3. Other qualities:
• Adequate knowledge of valuation, modeling, and Project Management related certification.
• Adequate knowledge of Companies Act, Company Registration procedure, and taxation policy and procedures in the context of Nepal.
• Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
• Proficient In MS Excel.
• High level of commitment towards the job.
• Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.
2. Merchant Barking
B. Officer to Assistant Manager - 1
1. Education:
• Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.
2. Experience:
• At least 3 years experience In the related field.
• Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.
3. Other qualities:
• Adequate knowledge of Bylaws of regulatory bodies(SEBON, CDSC, and NEPSE) regarding Issue Management, Stock listing in NEPSE & CDSC, and Underwriting.
• Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
• High level of commitment towards the job.
• Leadership quality to lead the department to achieve the organizational goals.
• Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.
