As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for New Sales and Service Outlet in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur.
(A) Category: Sales, Marketing and Communications
1. Manager- Showroom Incharge (2)
• Master's degree completion in a business-related discipline, MBA preferred • A proven 6 years of work experience as core sales in related industry
• Developing sales goals for the team, training personnel, and helping team members develop their skills
2. Jr. Manager-Institutional Sales (2)
• Master's degree completion in a business-related discipline, MBA preferred • A proven 5 years of work experience as core Institutional sales in related industry.
• Generate sales lead through visits, referrals, and Plan monthly events, customer meet, test-drive events and professional meet, etc.
3. Sales Consultant (8)
• Master's/Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline
• 3 years of work experience in related industry
• Also, sales experience, in-depth knowledge, and current events In EV would be highly accepted.
4. Assistant-Sales Support (3)
• Master's/Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline
• 1 year of work experience in related industries. Also, Freshers are highly encouraged.
5. Sr. Officer-Marketing (2)
• Masters degree complete in a business-related discipline, MBA preferred
• 4 years of work experience in related industry
• Knowledge of ATL, Event Management and Various Merchandising, Dealer Management
• Liaison with different Vendors Regarding BTL and Branding Activities
6. Officer-Media Relations (2)
• Master's/Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline, MBA preferred
• 3 years of work experience in related industries. Experience in Marketing Agency is encouraged
• Preparation and Execution of monthly media and PR plan based on the marketing plan
• Assist in digital dissemination of company's news and events
(B) Category: Service and Spare Parts
1. Service Advisor (5)
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• B.E. 1 year of experience or fresher/ Diploma 2 years experience in related industry
2. Sr. Technician (4)
• Class 10 with 15 years' experience or short-term training with 8 years work experience in the automotive Field (Passenger Vehicle)
3. Technician (6)
• Class 10 pass with 10 years experience or short-term training in CTEVT with 5 years' work experience in the automotive field (Passenger Vehicle).
4. Officer-Spare Parts (3)
• Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts, supply chain management, knowledge of FMS and ABC method.
• Ensure system and physical stock by inspecting inventory periodically.
(C) Category: Finance and Accounts
1. Officer- Finance, and Accounts (2)
• Master's/Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline
• 4 years of experience in Service-Account
• Keeping daily transaction records and creating a ledger of customers, maintaining petty cash expenses, Recording and maintaining Sales and Purchase bills (VAT). Handling a unit.
2. Sr. Assistant- Accounts (3)
• Bachelor's degree completion in a business-related discipline
• 2 years of experience in Service-Account
• Cash, Billing, Day to day bills record, Filing Document, and Vehicle Delivery Entry.
• Cash and cheque collections and deposits into banks.
(D) Category: Internal Audit and Compliance
1. Jr. Officer- Internal Audit and Compliance (3)
• Bachelor's complete in an Accounting or Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Knowledge of Legal and Financial Systems
• A proven 3 years of work experience as an auditor/audit firm
• Planning and execution of financial/process audit of the organization, Including Spare parts & its outlets
• Purchase and Periodical physical verification of stock vehicle, spare parts, Stationary consumption & fixed assets
• Ensure the Verification of Expenses and spare parts on monthly basis and report every quarter.
Job Requirements
• Good in English-Written & Verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quick rapport-building
• Competency in MS Office applications including word excel, and outlook
• Commitment to hitting targets
• Strong negotiation, Creative, Personality, and customer sales-service skills.
