About Financial Sector Stability Programme (FSSP)

Financial Sector Stability Programme (FSSP) is a Technical Assistance program funded by Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), UK aimed at improving financial sector resilience and supporting financial sector development. 

FSSP works with financial sector stakeholders such as Ministry of Finance, Nepal Rastra Bank, State-owned banks and Securities Board of Nepal, among others. The programme is being implemented by PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited (PwC) and the current mandate of the programme is up to March 2022 with possible extension till March 2023. 

FSSP is now seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the following full-time positions based in Kathmandu. 


1. Job Title (Position): Co-Team Leader.

(a) Academic Qualification: An advanced University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline.

(b) Related Experience: At least 15 years of practical experience in managing large scale TA projects in collaboration with government ministries and departments, and financial sector stakeholders. 


2. Job Title (Position): IT Programme Manager.

(a) Academic Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any other relevant field.

(b) Related Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
