Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Education Level: Bachelor's degree; MBA would be preferred. Professional Degree in Finance /Banking or equivalent.
  2. Experience: More than 1 year of experience as a proven project manager.
  3. Age: Not Exceeding 35 years by the last of December 2021.
  4. Skills: Leadership, Communication, Time Management, Project Management, Presentation.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Oversees the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services.
2. Plans and participates in research projects.
3. Have strong knowledge of the payment industry and regulator policy (Nepal Rastra Bank).  
4. Develop concepts, products, and solutions by correlating with various departments and groups of companies. 
5. Understand customer needs, interests & expectations and develop a product...
6. Determine and execute improved technology, new products, understand competitors and customers.
7. Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with the Operations and marketing team.
8. Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
9. Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working closely with business units.
10. Documentation of all stages of research and development.
11. Responsible to build the product and services that shall be cost-effective, seamless, and flexible.
Required Professional Skills: 
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
