Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education Level: Bachelor's Degree In IT/Engineering or Related Sector.
2. Experience: At Least 1-2 years of experience in related sectors.
3. Skills: Communication, Time Management, Fluency In English & Nepali.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create happy customers
• Answer phones and record calls appropriately.
• Route and direct customer issues or problems and escalation to appropriate team or personnel.
