RSDC Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Ltd. Butwal, Rupandehi (a national level 'D' class financial institution) invites applications from interested and qualified Nepalese citizens for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position shall be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the institution to achieve the Vision, Mission, and Goals and reports directly to the Board of Directors on all matters related to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading, organizing, and managing.2. Complying with regulatory requirements.
3. Planning and Policy Formulations.
4. Operations and Risk Management.
5. Financial Management.
6. Human Resources Management.
7. Fund sourcing and lending.
9. Community and Public Relations.
Eligibility Criteria:
This position requires a person of exceptional caliber and vision. Selection will be based on rot set of competencies demonstrating experience and achievements in the following areas:
1. Masters Degree in Management/Economics from a reputed and recognized university or Qualified Chartered Accountant.2. At least 10 years experience, out of which a minimum of 5 years must be at the Managerial level in banks and financial institutions.
3. Age Limit: Between 35 and 55 years on the date of the announcement.
4. Excellent organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills with initiative, perseverance, and ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of Nepalese microfinance sector, cooperative sector, and banking system.
6. Highly confident. dynamic, pragmatic, and intuitive.
7. Proactive skills and ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with stakeholders.
8. Excellent organizing, analytical, and problem soloing stalls and ability to think strategically.
9. Extensive knowledge of planning, implementation, and management of all the activities of the institution.
10. Proficiency in Nepali and English language.
11. Must be able to satisfy other requirements set forth by BAFIA, NRB Directives, and other prevailing laws.

The remuneration package is negotiable based on competency and experience.
