Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education Level: Bachelor
2. Experience: More than 3-year of experience.
3. Skills: Leadership, Communication, Organizational, Project Management, Presentation, Taxation

Required Technical/Expert Skills:

1. Chartered Accountant with Master’s degree (Business Administration, commerce, or management).
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the area of auditing and/or financial management after completion of chartered accountancy.
3. Good knowledge of local laws/acts on taxation and fiscal federalism.
4. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Nepali.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Knowledge of computer operation and different software application skills.

Personal Skill:

1. Assertiveness/self-responsibility/independence
2. Ability to cope with stress
3. Willing to accept a wide spectrum of tasks
4. Sensitivity and experience in the areas of gender and social inclusion.
