- Experience: More than 15-year of experience in senior management level in related fields.

Job Roles and responsibilities:
- Formulating country marketing strategy, adding overall value to the business, developing portfolio and investment plan.
- Formulating business best practice guidelines/policies and assure agreement with international standards.
- Implementation of management routines and key performance criteria to provide daily feedback on company performance to key stakeholders within the Country.
- Importance on performance management and development of employees including succession planning.
- Planning & controlling annual budgets and monitoring performance against these plans.
