Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Being a Business Development & Relationship Manager, You will be responsible for creating new prospects, build pipelines, identifying possibilities in key business accounts, understanding business needs and challenges to create demand for KFA Consulting’s product offering. You will speak to key decision-makers within potential business accounts.


Responsibilities:

• Demand generation for KFA Consulting Products.

• Identify new business opportunities for KFA Consulting product offering through engagement with multiple levels of the client organization and proactively endorsing solutions relevant to their business challenges.

• Analyzing client needs in terms of current business obstacles, recognizing projects and scoping possible consulting solutions.

 Achieve high level of collaboration with Experts by developing and delivering task as per client’s expectation and gaining a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Master’s degree in any Business related field, with a minimum of 4 Years' experience related to business development.

 Strong leadership or guidance and strategic skills with professional maturity and strategic thinking.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should have a High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement-orientation.

 Self-motivated to continuously develop personal and professional knowledge.

 Think creatively and strive for innovative solutions.

• Self-driven, independent-minded and goal-oriented.
