1. Job Title: Regional Head (Managerial Level)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Location: Outside Kathmandu Valley
Educational Level: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from recognized University
Experience: Five years experience in banking the sector in a supervisory role.
Skill: business growth, providing a superior level of customer service, and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
2. Job Title: Software Programmer/Application Developers (Assistant Level)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Location: Corporate Office
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Skills:
- Must be able to develop web applications independently using PHP CodeIgniter C#, ASP.NET MVC framework, and Django framework
- Must have knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL SERVER, MYSQL, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of all SDLC process is a must
- Knowledge of HTML5 /CSS/BOOTSTRAP/AJAX/JSON/XML/JQUERY.
- Expert in Core Banking Application, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Data analytics, Web Technologies/APIs, and integration of alternate delivery channels with CBS.
Experience: 1 year of professional experience in the banking /financial sector with Core Banking System (CBS) experience will be given priority during the selection process.
3. Job Title: Card & Digital Banking Support Assistant (Assistant Level)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Location: Corporate Office
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent degree from a recognized university
Skills:
- Knowing of market trends, new technologies, fintech, and payment technologies
- Understanding of digital banking products and payment systems.
- Experience in Core Banking Application, SEO, SEM, social media, Data analytics, Web Technologies/APIs, and integration of alternate delivery channels
- Candidate having at least one year of professional experience in the banking /financial sector with Core Banking System (CBS) experience will be given priority during the selection process.
4. Job Title: IT Support Assistant (Assistant Level)
> Number of Vacancies: Few
> Location: Corporate Office
Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Skills:
- Joining and building computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
